The OneClay Digital Classroom Initiative is a three part initiative that gives our staff, students, and parents the resources and tools necessary to teach and learn in a digital environment.
Part One: The OneClay Portal (my.oneclay.net) provides a uniform starting point for our District with single sign on access to our most used digital resources, including email, calendars, tools, and storage. For more information: http://digitalclassroominitiative.weebly.com/oneclay-portal1.html
Part Two: Once inside the OneClay Portal, the familiar Focus icon will launch you into our Student Information System that includes attendance, assessment, communication, discipline, digital lesson delivery, gradebook, and progress monitoring information. For more information: http://digitalclassroominitiative.weebly.com/focus-parent-portal.html
Part Three: Also launching from inside the OneClay Portal are the Google Apps for Education (GAFE). GAFE accounts allow staff and students in grades 3-12 to create, collaborate, and store their work. For more information: http://digitalclassroominitiative.weebly.com/google-apps-for-education1.html
What if I do not want my child to have a Google Apps for Education Account?
If you choose not to allow your child to participate in Google Apps for Education, please download, print, sign, and return the GAFE Opt Out Form to your child's school. The GAFE Opt Out Form can be found on our GAFE FAQ page at: http://www.oneclay.net/google-apps-for-education.html

What should I do if something doesn’t work for me or my child in the OneClay Portal?
If you or your child experience any issues relating to passwords or applications not functioning in the OneClay Student Portal (including Focus and Google) you should alert your child’s teacher(s), so that they can inquire with our Information and Technology Services Department.
